This Turnkey Agreement is made on 21 Sep 2026 between Malik Tariq Mehmood (Client) and M/S SABIR CONSTRUCTION (Contractor).

1. TURNKEY SPECIFICATIONS & MATERIAL BRANDS

  • Flooring & Bathrooms: Master / Stile Premium Porcelain 60x120cm tiles in lounges and master bedrooms; anti-skid ceramic tiles in baths.
  • Woodwork & Doors: Solid Ashwood main entrance door; semi-solid ash veneer bedroom doors with imported mortise locks.
  • Windows: Double-glazed powder-coated aluminum or UPVC sections with 5mm tinted tempered glass.
  • Sanitary & Plumbing: Porta / Grohe chinaware, concealed cisterns, vanity basins, and chrome finish brass mixer sets.
  • Electrical: Pakistan Cables / Fast Cables pure copper wiring, Legrand / Schneider modular switches, and SMD warm-white lighting.
  • Paint & Ceilings: Gypsum false ceilings with indirect LED cove lights; Dulux / Berger weather-shield on exterior and velvet emulsion on interiors.

2. MILESTONE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

MOBILIZATION ADVANCE: 15.0% of Project Cost = Rs. 5,775,000/-(Recovered @ 15.0% from each milestone bill)

First floor structural masonry, roof slab pouring, mumty room, and 2" foam heat/waterproofing.

Internal/external 1:4 plaster, gypsum board false ceilings, Popular plumbing lines, and Pakistan Cables wiring.
